Legal Question in Criminal Law in California

I was 16 or 17 back in 08 or 09 when I stopped. My question is . Would this be on my record still or is it on my record. Or was it just on my juvenile case and not on my record now

Criminal records are forever, including all arrests, charges, convictions, sentences, jail and prison time. IF this was actually in juvenile court, you can seek to seal the records by proper petition and motion. If it was in adult court, then you may be able to seek expungement of any conviction, which will improve [not clear] your record. If serious about a hiring counsel to help in this, feel free to contact me.
