I called my last public defender and he told me to call this other public defender because she is handling my case. I have called her everyday for a week and 2 days and she hasn't called me back.

So I was wondering what I should do? I know I should call that number above and I believe this warrant is for a probation violation for not reporting to my probation officer.

Should I call my probation officer and tell her why I didn't call her? Cause the reason I didn't call her is for many reasons; first I lost my phone then the next day I got fired from my job for sleeping on the job but I wasn't sleeping I was resting my neck on the back of my chair because I have herniated discs in my neck and lower back However, I was still doing my job I even had my first sale that day. I'm a telemarketer new to the trade because of my neck and my back. I was also having a hard time breathing and I had rash all over my back, neck and chest. I was having an allergic reaction to these 5 hour energy shots my manager was handing out to whoever wanted one. They passed these 5 hour energy shots out to everyone who wanted them 3 or 4 times a day and I drank as many as they passed out to me.

I was suppose to call my PO that day I was fired but I lost my phone and was fired before the end of the shift so there was no one to borrow a phone from so I decided to go to my daughter's place (15 years old) and borrow her phone. On my way there I almost passed out and was very dizzy. By the time I arrived at my daughter's place I had to lay down. I couldn't breathe. When my daughter's dad came home he took me to the hospital and they kept me overnight. When I was discharged from the hospital I went home to the soberliving house that I lived at. They had all my stuff packed up cause they kicked me out because I didn't come home last night. I showed them my discharge paper from the hospital but they said they already have my bed filled. They said they were sorry and that I can stay there again when there is an opening. So I was homeless for a few hours then my son let me stay with him for a while.

The next day was Sunday I couldn't call my PO that day but planned on calling her Monday. I looked for another job and was given an appointment to go in and speak with the manager Monday at 9 am. I was hired on the spot and worked until 7 pm. So I thought I would call my PO Tuesday. However, Monday night I received a call from my daughter's dad and he asked me if I would pack all his and my daughter's stuff up because they were getting kicked out and had to be out before morning. He was broke down in LA.

So I packed what I could and moved it to my son's place and my daughter went to stay with her friend for a few days. I still never called my PO because I worked from 9am to 7pm, but everyday I looked for an opportunity to call my PO.

Friday came and my daughter called me and told me that her dad never picked her up and she wants to come live with me and to come get her. So I did.

I am suppose to be focusing on myself either in a program or a sober living. But my daughter is homeless and her dad is homeless too. So I rented a room for a week at a motel. Well this motel had bed bugs and my daughter and myself were bitten up the first night we spent there. My daughter had several bites on her body and I had so many on my face my eyes were swollen shut and my arms and hands were swollen too. I told the manager he moved us to another room and either that room had bed bugs too or we brought them from the last room. It took me a month and a half to get rid of the bed bugs and it cost so much money we almost went totally homeless. God was with us!

That following Monday my oldest daughter was released from jail. She was in Patton State Hospital for almost 5 months. She was incompetent to stand trial which is why she was sent there. She is bi-polar schizophrenic. Her brother called me and told me that her dad and himself could not pick her up from jail. They left it up to me to get her. They have vehicles and I don't. My daughter was released from jail without any medication. She started hearing voices again. Then I found away to get her medication then she was fine.

Now I have 2 of my girls to take care of when I'm suppose to be focusing on myself and all 3 of us are on probation living in a motel room infested with bed bugs. I finally got rid of the bed bugs and moved us into a room that I'm renting in a 3 bedroom apartment.

By this time I was too afraid to call my PO. I didn't want to spread the bed bugs to her business or anywhere. I was also embarrassed, for weeks I looked terrible swollen face and all. I took pictures to show her. I also was afraid to go to sleep. I couldn't sleep on the bed so I slept on chairs. I worked hard getting rid of these insects at times I thought jail sounded better than fighting these vampires. However, I couldn't leave my daughters to fight them alone.

Now, I am ready to go to court and take care of this warrant: however, I don't know how. I want to asked the judge if I can be placed on House Arrest. Do u think that will be possible? My 2 daughter's are not capable of taking care of themselves. I'm afraid for them and what might happen to them. We have lived in this room for 2 and a half months. One day my 2 daughter's physically fought and my younger daughter called the cops on my older daughter and the cops took her to a mental health hospital.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you!
