1st DUI espungement, CA

It has been 3 years since the above. I am eligible for it. What do I need to do? Can I do it myself? Thanks

The California penal code specifically excludes dui convictions from the expungment provisions.

Sorry, but I need more facts about a prior record, felonies, misdemeanors, etc. Quick answer is: Yes, you can do it yourself for approximately $50 to $80. There are a number of websites that offer detailed instructions (suggest you go to a search engine, such as Google, Yahoo, Ask, etc. and look at them). Also, be aware that even though your record is expunged, your conviction doesn't always disappear....especially if you get another DUI.

There is no expungement for DUI.
