adjusting to a restraining order

is there a way to legally send a letter and/or a document to a person who has a restraining order agianst you? can you get special circumstance permission? is there a way to legally communicate with there family and/or friends? this particular letter and document may possibly change opinions and lead to dialog, since there has been no communication since my arrest date.(not guilty, passed polygraph)thank you

Passing a polygraph does not insure that the case will be filed. Contacting the alleged victim or any of the alleged victim's family or friends may result in your being re-arrested. Generally your attorney would be allowed to contact the alleged victim etc. for purposes of representing you.
