Legal Question in Criminal Law in California
He got arrest because of POSSESS NARCOTIC CNTL SUB...he is going to get transfer to Los Angeles because a warrant was issue by lapd. He is a illegal migrant used fake papers to work but the rightful owner of the papers was the real one with the charges.
what should be our next step?
