i was arrested driving under the influence of narcotics 17 years ago and now i have a warrant what can i do to fix it would i do time i only have a green card would i get deported with the new laws coming out

Fix it? You will have to go to court, with or without an attorney, and seek to get the warrant withdrawn, negotiate a plea on the 'failure to appear; charges, and have the original charges and case set for a hearing to then either go to trial or negotiate a plea.
