Legal Question in Criminal Law in California

Assult on tribal/fedderal land by 2 tribal members on office employe

My husband was assulted at his work, he was working at a native american tribal office. He was beaten severlery by two younger men from the tribe, but my husband is not from this tribe. my husband now suffers from brain damage and we have two take him to CNS(Center for neuro Skills)for 5 week period of time. we have two children the adges of 16&7 years old.

The tribe has not offerd anything, and my husban will never be able to work agin, do to that we are on Workers comp. this tribe is soon building a Casino. there is so much more, but we need to find a lawyer to take our case. WE can't find anyone to take it, and we only have one year to file anything. The incident happen in August. If anyone knows who would take our case, please e-mail me.

Your statement left out some very important information. That is were these two men employees of the same employer, and did they have a reputation of being rowdy or otherwise known as disruptive. Also what occurred prior to the beating. resubmit your inquiry with this additional information.
