My office is in Orange County, but I practice in LA County as well.

Let me know if you want to come in and discuss representation. We'll see what we can work out with regards to payment, but I can only do that after discussing the case with you so we all know what we're facing and what the fight will be.

I am in Los Angeles County and would be happy to discuss your brother's case and see if we can work something out.

I am particularly interested in eyewitness identification cases.

3rd Strike cases must be taken seriously, and whatever defenses are available must be used to try to 'strike the strikes' and negotiate a reasonable plea bargain if possible. If he refuses any plea bargain and goes to trial, then if convicted, the sentencing would be for the full statutory prison term[s]. If the family is serious about hiring counsel, I'll be happy to discuss the case and the fees involved.
