car lease

I let a x girl friend use my leased car and the lease is up and she says it was a gift and will not return it. What are my options, it needs to go back to the dealer.

File a claim against her in civil court. Ask for replevin (return of the actual vehicle) plus any damages you incur from the dealership. Also, call the dealership and let them know what is going on. Maybe you can act as a team against her instead of being at odds with one another.

Prepare to report it stolen and tell her you are going to do so if not returned. You'll get sued and/or arrested for stolen car yourself if you don't turn it in.
