Legal Question in Criminal Law in California
Client was charged with HS 11351.5 but plead guilty to a lessor included offense in HS 11351 in Kern County, immigration judge now wants to know what was the lessor included offense? No hearing reports or docket has stated the LIO. How do I find out what it is.
