If I did not complete my 25 hours of community service what will happen?

Any community service you already did will be for nothing, and you'll get a few days jail time (but you probably won't have to do any heavy lifting).

You will have a warrant for your arrest if you didn't return to court for your 'show back date'. Turn yourself into the court and try to negotiate a new deal for your sentencing.
