after completion of calif prop 36 & all charges & probation have been dismissed can probation automaticaly be reimposed if a person gets another case within 3 years??????????????????????????????

I'm not sure I understand your question.

When probation is terminated, it's over. Stick a fork in it, it's done.

Proposition 36/Penal Code 1210 is a special form of probation for nonviolent drug possession offenses that provides treatment as an alternative to incarceration.

If your probation was terminated, it can't be reimposed on a new case.

You might be eligible for a new grant of probation in your new case, but the probation in the old case is over.
