What do I say in court when reresenting myself while trying to fight a drunk in Public charge?

I do not recommend you representing yourself in court when you are charged with a criminal offense. You are up against a trained prosecutor. That being said, you should look up the Jury Instructions and see what the elements are. Then you need to attack 1 or more of the elements to try to convince the jury that the prosecutor cannot prove beyond a reasonable doubt that they meet their burden of proof on each and every element.
