Legal Question in Criminal Law in California
cps report
my neighbors son was molested. They do not want to give the last name to cps. This is wrong. The dad is in business with the molesters father. How can I find the last name and turn in the kid and family. They are blaming another kid in our neighborhood. I know the turth.

You can always simply go to the police and tell them the truth that you know. If they find you credible, they will assist you in finding the last name of the real offender.
