Is there any lawyers who will take payments? I have a theft with prior case with court tomorrow.

Some attorneys will accept payments. I know my office does regularly and many of my clients choose to use that method of payment.

On a criminal case the deal is 'cash up front', or at least a large portion of the total, with security for the balance. Feel free to contact me if that can be arranged. If you have no money, you may qualify for the Public Defender.
