Legal Question in Criminal Law in California

I am asking a question attorneys hear a lot. someone is always wanting something for nothing and it messes it up for ones like me. i am in need of a criminal attorney who is willing to take a pro bono case out of the goodness of their heart. i hear storys how you guys don't have a heart, but that can't be true.. here's the case number bf127307a
the da filed on 3/30/09 this is the second time the da has filed the same charges.

the first case the da filed was bf125939a
which was dismissed fourth of justice. now the da filed a new case # bf127307a thank you

That's not how the system works. We pay our taxes so you can apply for the Public Defender when you can't afford private counsel.
