Drug felony

I have been convicted for possesion of marijuana for sale and i have finished my probation. Its been a year and a half and can i get my charge dropped to a misdermeanor

Probably. It's done through an 'expungement', which means motions to the court to reduce the charges and then dismiss [expunge] the misdemeanor so that you show no conviction on your record. Feel free to contact me if serious about getting the legal help you'll need to do so.

Yes you can, it is a 17b motion. Although it all depends on the reason and the judges, I would recomend you waite until the 3 years of probation are over. If you would like us to help you it would cost $2,500.

Unfortunately, possession of marijuana for sale, Health & Safety Code Section 11359, cannot be reduced to misdemeanor. However, you can "expunge" your conviction if you have successfully completed your probation.
