Re: Many errors on DOJ about case

You need to hire an attorney to look into the matter and find out exactly what happen and why. Your question does not provide anything to really even guess at the current circumstances. I would suggest shopping around for a criminal defense attorney that you can afford. You could also try going to a self help clinic at one of the local county court houses and inquiring with them if they can help you on the matter.

Since I have do not have any facts regarding the matter the only advice the best information I can offer is very general information. If you have trouble finding an attorney you can call the local county bar association and ask for some names from their referral list. You are also welcome to call my office, if you like.

Good Luck

Some convictions can be expunged from your record. Sometimes DOJ and other database errors can be corrected if you can prove the errors through court paperwork or other means. If serious about doing so, feel free to contact me about the costs and facts.
