Re: expunging a record

By Application and Motion to the court, IF you've successfully completed all terms of probation, and the conviction had no prison time ordered, and wasn't for certain violence or sex offenses. Generally it's done through counsel; feel free to contact me if serious about doing so.

Many people retain a lawyer who is able to handle such matters for a modest fee.

Alternatively, you can contact the clerk at the court where the conviction took place and ask what you need to do. Some courts have special expungement clerks.
