Legal Question in Criminal Law in California
failed to complete prop 36 for the third time now my option is 180 days for simple possesion of meth. got out on a fed kick before getting sentenced. can a fed kick happen again during my jail time on same case?

Don't look for help on a billboard, you need an attorney, not answers to your questions (or maybe both). You need someone to go in and deal forcefully with the DA.
