The only advice of any value to you is for you to return to the PD for representation, unless you can hire a private attorney. No amount of free 'tips and hints' from here or elsewhere are going to effectively help you in your legal defense.

There is no way to teach you what to do in order to make a 6th amendment claim in this type of forum. If what you are stating is correct, there are a lot of other issues going on as well. You need an attorney.

Mr. Fleetwood and Mr. Nelson are both correct. If you express yourself like you have on this web site in court you have no hope of prevailing. It is difficult for attorneys to learn how to get across to a jury, why would you think you'd be able to do it without training? If you can not afford an attorney you need to return to the PD's office and have them represent you. If they feel there is a conflict they will request a conflict attorney be assigned to you case. All of this could buy you additional time. Stop wasting time and start helping yourself. Call the PD tomorrow....

Good luck
