what should i do concerning a false accusation of statutory rape by child protec
i'm a 23 year old male who has a 16 year old friend who is a girl that has had child protection services called on us for ''sex acts'' between us that never occurred. both of us are shocked and angry over this because nothing at all has ever happened and i'm afraid of being charged with statutory rape. both my friend and i would swear that nothing has ever ever happened between.
