Legal Question in Criminal Law in California

I have been falsely accused of domestic violence and theft. How do I prove I did not commit domestic violence, if the police were called when I wasn't even there and there are no marks on either of us? How can I prove the only things that I took when I left were mine?

How do I prove ..?

That is what you need to be able to tell us.

If you weren't there, how did you get arrested?

Do you have witnesses to your alibi?

Can you impeach the credibility of the victim?

No amount of free 'tips and hints' from here or elsewhere are going to effectively help you in your legal defense. If you don't know how to represent yourself effectively against an experienced prosecutor intending to convict, then hire an attorney who does, who will try to get a dismissal, charge reduction, diversion, program, or other decent outcome through motions, plea bargain, or take it to trial if appropriate. If serious about hiring counsel to help in this, and if the charges are in SoCal courts, feel free to contact me.
