Legal Question in Criminal Law in California

My fiance was taken in by bail bondsmen for a host of charges including a bench warrant. The charges are as follows:

1 4 530.5(A) PC GET CREDIT/ETC OTHER'S ID

1 5 470(D) PC FALSE CHECK/RECS/CERT/ETC

1 6 496(A) PC REC KNWN STOLN PROP $400+

My question is what we are looking at as far as jail time, etc. We have a 9 year old son who is autistic and has ADHD and I am unemployed and currently we are homeless.

She has multiple felony counts and is likely 'looking at' many years in prison, so have her apply for the public defender and follow his advice.

as Mr Nelson said, your fiance needs an attorney and in this case, it will be the Public Defender. Adding up all the potential time on all these charges will not serve you. With any luck, an experienced attorney will be able to get rid of many of them. The focus is best put on the attorney's advice rather than the worst-case scenario of being convicted of all 8 charges.
