Turn off the caps lock key already.

Jail isn't going to want her, she's expensive to care for. If she gets any time best guess is they'll quickly kick her.

TURN OFF THE CAPS KEY, it is shouting. No attorney needs you shouting for free advice.

I disagree, there are jails that can tolerate her, but none can answer a question like your with no facts. Like her criminal record, probation, etc. And you don't have that stuff so instead of looking for quick answers, ask her lawyer who can look at her printout, and then ask the DA what is on the table. No fortune telling here..

First, let me say that I hope she can beat the disease and I know how devasting cancer is. As one who had his brother die of lieukemia and mom go through years of breast cancer, and then bone cancer, I am all too familiar with the pain and fear of such a dreaded illness. i would ask that you call my office at (760-241-2013 ), so that we can go over all the facts I need to know to better advise you and her. Of course this is totally free. Maybe i can help. I wish her well and will pray for her.....Dave
