Legal Question in Criminal Law in California
My husband is a registered sex offender and he is going with me yo Hong Hong. I was wondering if there were any restrictions on international travel and will Hong Kong let him pass customs?

No way, no how, is my belief.
Check now with any other countries' customs and visa people to learn the rules before you commit to any spending. For example Canada will not allow entry to anyone with a DUI history, let alone RSO.
