Juvenille felony
Is a juvenille felony for theft carried over when the child turns 18 or does it get erased. SHe got a felony charge at 17 1/2 and we are courious if she will carry this with her forever. thank you nina

A juvenile felony is not automatically sealed and destroyed. You must go through the necessary steps to ensure this.
