Most likely you will get P.C. 1000, unless you have some other violation of law that would prevent that. With P.C. 1000, you will attend classes and be on probation and if all goes well, the case will be dismissed.

You should have the case examined by a lawyer - a public defender can be provided to you at no cost if you cannot hire a private attorney. It is possible the case could be dismissed on grounds such as, for example, illegal search or seizure - you just do not know.
