Massage Parlors
Basically, my friend and I were wondering about (sensual) massage parlors that give handjobs aka ''happy endings''. They blatantly advertise in magazines/newspapers, so we were wondereing ''Is this legal?'' Does it matter if you tip them for it, or ask for it (as opposed to being done on their own). We were just curious.

Sex for money is illegal in CA, including the type you mentioned.
