By going back to court asap and trying to get the arrest warrant withdrawn. If serious about hiring counsel to help in this, and if this is in SoCal courts, feel free to contact me. Ill be happy to help fight and get the best outcome possible, using whatever defenses and sympathies there may be.

Most people with a warrant will retain an attorney. One of the benefits is that you're lawyer can appear without your presence, so you CAN'T go to jail. Then, once the warrant is recalled, your lawyer should try to resolve the issue without jail time. Call a lawyer now and if you retain an attorney, they may be able to get the warrant out of the system before this weekend. I wish you well...........David

I agree with my colleagues. In some counties you can put yourself on calendar by showing up at 8:00 tomorrow morning and going to court later in the day. If you have an attorney you should call him/her as soon as possible.
