Legal Question in Criminal Law in California

Last night I got arrested for a 647 b pc because I asked a vice if I could play with her feet. I wasn't, and did not say, that I wanted to masturbate or have any sexual acts with the female vice, just a foot rub and to see her feet. Is this illegal?

For a 647b case, the police, for whatever reason, believe that what occurred was an agreement of sex for money. There are different issues, depending on who made the first advance regarding the topic of sex. Suffice to say, you should contact a highly qualified criminal defense attorney, in or near your area. Many attorneys, like myself, give FREE consultations, to go over all the facts, so that the attorney can give you the best advise. If you want to speak with me on the phone for a FREE consultation, simply call at any of my 3 locations, and I will be happy to go over all the facts with you. I'm sure, as a Former Deputy District Attorney, and as a Certified Criminal Law Specialist, I will be able to answer all your questions, and give you the advise you need, so you know where to go from here. I wish you the best....David Wallin

The police didn't do anything 'illegal', they allege you did. Now you get to defend the charges.

Of course you can fight it. When arrested or charged with any crime, the proper questions are, can any evidence obtained in a search or confession be used against you, and can you be convicted, and what can you do? Raise all possible defenses with whatever admissible and credible witnesses, evidence and facts are available for legal arguments, for evidence suppression or other motions, or at trial. Effective plea-bargaining, using those defenses, could possibly keep you out of jail. If you don't know how to do these things effectively, then hire an attorney that does, who will try to get a dismissal, diversion, reduction or other decent outcome through plea bargain, or take it to trial if appropriate. If serious about hiring counsel to help you in this, and if this is in SoCal courts, feel free to contact me.
