The process would require your attorney file an appropriate motion with the court that sentenced you. The pleadings, declarations, facts, evidence, witnesses, etc., will have to be sufficient to convince the judge that it should be done 'in the interests of justice'. It is not easy to get off the Megan Law's website but it potentially could be done. You need to consult a lawyer to thoroughly review the case and whether the relief you are asking for would be possible. Lawyers will do it for you for no or nominal fee.
