Legal Question in Criminal Law in California
it's not for my situation its a friends. well my friend went to court and took a deal from felony sale code 11378 and it got knocked down to a misdemeanor charge with a year informal probation and 120 with half. he didnt turn himself in anmd im wondering what he would be facing now?
