Legal Question in Criminal Law in California
How can my son get a chance to complete the work program that was imposed by the judge? Can attending all his classes be beneficial to his case?

He already was given a 'chance' to do it and a time in which to complete it. If he can''t comply in time, then he needs to go back to court and request more time, trying to convince the judge with good faith reasons. If he fails to complete in time, there will be an arrest warrant issued, and a probation violation charged.
