What is the statue of limitations on statutory rape.

I would like to know the statue of limitations of statutory rape to a minor. Rape was comitted by drugging a minor and the result was pregnancy.

Generally, the statute of limitations for felonies punishable by 8 years in prison or more is six years; for crimes punishable by less than that it is three years. (Depending on the age difference, this case could fall into either category.) However, there are several exceptions to this general rule regarding limitations periods concerning specified sex crimes against victims under 18 at the time of the offense, which authorize revival of an expired statute of limitations. (See Penal Code ��803 (f)-(g).)
