stolen rolex watch

i found my stolen rolex on ebay from a pawn shop. do i have to pay to get it back ? I have the recipt, reg number and police report.

I would recommend contacting the seller of the item as well as ebay and the police department that you filed your report with. I would also suggest starting with the police department, then ebay and lastly the seller. The last thing you want is for the seller to dispose of it before you can get the police or ebay involved.

Contact the law enforcement agency who generated the report concerning the stolen watch. They will assist you in getting your stolen property back.
