Legal Question in Criminal Law in California

i got a ticket for walking on the railroad tracks, i was unaware that there was a law the prohibiting walking on the railroad tracks. i am very scared and don't have any clue what to plead and what i might be punished. please help me understand

The only valid answer is that, if you don't know what to do and how to handle it, get an attorney to represent you, or at least pay to consult for quick advice.
