Depending upon the actual charges, illegal sale can get you 10 years in federal prison, plus other state charges. If you're facing such charges, and are serious about hiring counsel, feel free to contact me.

It depends on whether you're charged federally or in State court. Federal firearms charges, depending on how they're charged, can be anything from probation to 10 years in prison.

State charges again depends on how it's charged and what the firearm is. If it's an illegal firearm under 12020, you're looking at up to 3 years state prison. If it's an assault weapon, a machine gun or other type weapon, there could be different charges, increasing the time potential.
