Transport/sale of controlled substance

Transport/sale of controlled substance with prior if he is on parol. Court droped possession for sale #11378HS but parol hold held him in jail. Now the court is building Transport/sale of controlled substance case #11379(A)HS Department of Justice had a search warrant for firearm at the bussines location where he was at by coincidence. D of J

arrested 8 people but after droped the charges for 3 of them who had their court. What we can do? Who can help us?
