Re: Warrant

The consequences of your failure to appear cannot be determine without more information. What was the purpose of the court date you missed. Arraignment is the first court appearance where the court informs you of the charges that have been filed against you. Additional charges could be filed against you and the court could decide to remand you into custody. You need to resubmit your question with a full statement of facts, or better yet retain an attorney to represent you in this matter.
