Warrant
In California wasarrested had 10,000 Mis War And Arizona Parole Hold. California O.R ed Me and was to Return to California as soon as I served my Time . In Prison Recieved Mail From Wesminster,CA Issuing a Warrant .
With no explanation why.

You should have had someone (attorney-or - prison mail w/explanation sent to court) on the date you were OR'ed to return to Westminster, CA.
There must have been a return court date when you were OR'ed.
