warrants!!!

I have two warrants out here in Los Angeles and am wondering how much time I will have to serve??????one is for not paying for a ticket on metrolink and the other is not doing my community service hours after being told by the judge to do 40 hours.

Re: warrants!!!

Just because you have warrants out for your arrest does not mean that you have to wait to be arrested to go to jail on some other charge. You can take care of these and probably have the warrants recalled, your original sentences reinstated, and probably have some penalty assessed to the original sentence.

If you are serious about taking care of this, feel free to contact us.

Re: warrants!!!

Difficult to tell you without knowing more facts. Possible factors include how much time has gone by and what the 40 hours of community service was for.

You could retain a lawyer to investigate and intervene on your behalf as well as to negotiate some kind of disposition up front. Or you can do it yourself by showing by in court early in the morning to see what the judge will do.

Feel free to contact me if you would like additional consultation.
