Legal Question in Discrimination Law in California

I am 54 and am on SSDI. I recently took a part-time job at Macy's but did not disclose my disability because they did not ask. However, my department manager seems to have singled me out and has been excessively critical with me from the first day. Yet she has provided me with no additional training on the issues that she criticizes me about. I am the oldest associate in the department and I believe this is why. I've only worked 3 days so far and other associates, including the store manager, have complemented how well I'm doing for a beginner in that department which is known to be a difficult one. Now my hours were cut from 19 to 7.5 next week. When I asked my manager why, she shrugged her shoulders, stated that she had no control over scheduling and stated that she couldn't help me. Oddly, later that day three associates told me that she had called them the prior evening or that morning to come in on their day off. Therefore she does have control over scheduling and lied to me.

I have worked at Macy's three times previously when I was much younger and never had any such problems. I was a good, hard-working employee and always left the season with good record. I think that the reason I'm having this problem now is because I am older.
