yes it is racist but not per se discriminatory. Unless they treat you differently that actually causes harm and not just emptional distress then there is no cause of action. Also most private entities can discriminate unless it is prohibited by law.

Sure, but unless this is happening at your employment, or in a business where you are a customer, it's called 'freedom of speech' and his right to express his opinion of you as unpleasantly as he wants in private life.
