Legal Question in Discrimination Law in California

I have worked at a restaurant for awhile now and for the last year, feel that I have been harassed by my boss's brother and sister. They have threatened me in person and over the phone. His brother has tried to fire me, accused me of stealing and of having sexual relations with my boss. All of those are false. My boss and his brother I beleive they have a legal agreement or something because my boss has repeatedly told his brother to leave the restaurant but his brother refuses, saying he will not stop until I quit. My boss told him that he will get in trouble because I have already called the police. However, the police also told me to quit that it was not worth it to stay. I do not beleive this is fair. His brother used to never be at the restaurant, as he runs another one of their restaurant a few miles away. He only started being present after he told me he would come every day until I leave. Three days ago, I left and told my boss I would return when his brother is not there and leaves me alone. My boss told me I should sue his brother. I have over ten incidents where i feel I have been harassed and a few witnesses that have heard threats directly to me. What should i do?

Harassment that is not racial or sexual is not actionable. If he has not threatend violence, only that he will get you fired, there is no grounds for a restraining order either.
