I had an 949b(2) and the next day I got a 647f, can they charge me with prior..And how can I ask for no time...Community service? AA Meetings?

I think you meant 849(b)(2) - released without referring the case for prosecution. If that's the case, you don't have a "prior" conviction. 647(f) isn't "priorable" anyway in the technical sense. Will the DA know about your arrest? It should be on your RAP sheet and they'll know about it.
Jail time is pretty rare on these unless you've had many in the past. Yes, meetings will certainly help. For such a low level offense, if they do want a jail sentence, odds are you can do community service instead. Get a lawyer for the best outcome.
