Legal Question in DUI Law in California

2nd dui online program

received 2nd dui in 1998-did not complete program due to financial reasons. just got married and cannot change my name at dmv until i take care of this matter. I have not driven since 1998-and because of health reasons as well-would like to take care of this online I live in Bellflower, Calif 90706 Can you help me with any info. that you may have?

You may have a warrant outstanding, and cannot take the class without getting court approval again. You will need an attorney and should consider getting this handled sooner rather than later.
