Legal Question in DUI Law in California

I was arrested for DUI, got into an accident, with someone else's car. How does insurance cover that?

Depends upon your policy, call your agent. If not, then you'll get sued for the damages. Insurance does not provide you with defense in the criminal charges, so if you are serious about getting counsel for that, feel free to contact me.
