Legal Question in DUI Law in California

auto accident, can they sue me?
I am a student and was involved in an accident at my fault. rearended a guy going bout 30 mph. The car is registered to my dad, and i was under his policy. We had liability insurance and the other guy claimed injuries of the neck. He seemed pretty normal after the accident. But if he decides to file a lawsuit, will it be against me or my dad since it was his car. Can he go after my dad's money. I was 20 when the accident happened. i was not drunk, i just dont know what other category to put this in.

Call the insurance company and they will totally deal with it. That's what they're there for.
