DUI Program Termination

I recently was terminated from my DUI program for the 2nd time due to excessive unexcused absences. I need to go before the Judge for a referral form to reenroll in the program. Will I have any punishment...if so, what?

There's always that possibility. I would retain an attorney to discuss the reasons to see if there is good reason for why you missed the classes. A good attorney could go in and get the warrant recalled and get you reinstated in the classes.
